Kim and Ashlie are not only true professionals, they are also really nice people. They were there every step of the way. This was vital because none of the parties live in San Diego. In fact, we live in 4 different cities.Kim is a dynamite negotiator! She got us more than $100,000 above our asking price! It took only one month between listing and close of escrow. Kim worked with the bank and the escrow company to keep things moving right along.This is the second time I have worked with Kim to sell a house; the first was over 10 years ago. Kim Ward and her team helped me sell my parent’s property. Kim’s knowledge of the area and professionalism helped tremendously. I live out of state and was kept up to date on all activity. Kim is very friendly and easy to talk to. She excelled in moving the process along. I highly recommend Kim.

When we interviewed realtor candidates to sell my deceased brothers condo, Kim and her team came across as clearly a cut above. They understood what I was going through, the challenges ahead, and empathetically took me through the process of educating me, agreeing on a sells strategy, including price, and preparing the condo for the market. She didn't just tell me what work needed to be done (which was considerable), she or people she found did the work. She and Laura were always responsive (including regular Tuesday briefings), transparent and clear. They were a blessing.

Kim has a fantastic support team who helped to prepare the home for sale.Kim was always available for discussion and support. Great marketing, plenty of offers and completed sell after 10 days. I highly recommend Kim Ward and her team to any home seller or buyer.

Kim was really great to work with. She was always very responsive and on top of everything that needed to be done to help me sell my father's house. Her vast amount of probate experience helped me feel comfortable with the entire process. We did have a bad experience with the buy-out guy she recommended (Isaiah, who took things from the home that were our personal items and never returned them), but that wasn't her fault as she said she hadn't encountered any issues with this type of behavior from him before. All of the other recommended vendors were very nice and helpful. It was great to work with someone who had so many connections to help get everything done. I was very pleased with her pricing recommendation, her assistance with the title company, and her support with all of the closing paperwork. AND she never pushed us off to another staff member. She was our primary contact from beginning to end which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Kim for any real estate needs.
